Plant Installations MANCHESTER A team of highly skilled riggers has just completed a 14 week contract installing heating and ventilation equipment at a high profile site near Piccadilly Manchester. Specialist indoor lifting and moving equipment was specially adapted by QUIGLEY to enable the works to be carried out. Air Conditioning Units OXFORD QUIGLEY has just completed a series of weekend working operations in road closure environments lifting and placing dozens of Air Conditioning units in Oxfordshire. Quigley came up with the most competitive option by selecting a 250 tonne crane equipped with 80 metres of telescopic boom which meant the crane was able to adopt 2 positions per Sunday shift working. Rail Crane Govan Ship Yard SCOTLAND Quigley recently provided contract lifting services to plan and execute the safe lifting of parts of a rail luffing quay crane weighing in at more than 500 tonnes. The job was complicated by having to work on a cut and grab basis. Lifting techniques were paramount on this job. Air Products Lift NORTH WEST ENGLAND The company recently took charge of the lifting of a 50m x 5m x 5m CoolBox weighing 140 tonnes at Ellesmere Port Docks. QUKLS supplied a 500T crane and a 400T crane to dual lift the item from the quay to the waiting ship. With the aid of both skill and Auto Cad QUIGLEY provided the most economical option for the lift. Runcorn office refurbishment. The Runcorn Office situated close to Runcorn Docks has just completed a £70,000 refurbishment programme. The building has been fitted with state of the art computer networking facilities. Training facilities and offices have been modernised throughout.
